As you'll notice, these aren't all gouache, but they're indicative of the flat color that I would like you to use for this assignment. They don't have to be this stylized, you can treat that however you would like, but even a 'realistic' treatment should have a strong value pattern/silhouette and be approached from a flat-shape approach. As we the silhouette assignment, the texture (fur, etc) is show in the edges of shapes and shadows.
